Almonds are one of the most popular nuts, with numerous health benefits. Almonds or Prunus dulcis, was primarily native to the Mediterranean region, Middle-East, Turkey and South-East Asian countries. The fruit of this tree is often consumed raw, toasted, or in the form of almond milk.
This nut has numerous health benefits. Research has shown that this fruit increases the High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL) levels and decreases the LDL-Cholesterol levels. It is a good source of B-complex vitamins and dietary fiber. The various health benefits of this fruit are described below.
Antioxidants Anti-aging | Diabetes II | Cardiovascular disorders | High Blood Pressure | High Cholesterol levels | Obesity | Women health | Skin | energy | Gallstones |
How this helps:
Almonds, like all other nuts, are low in carbohydrates and high in good fats, proteins, fiber and essential micronutrients. Almonds contain significant amounts of magnesium, which is seen to be very low in all diabetics. Magnesium is an essential mineral which helps in maintaining the blood sugar levels in the body, improves the function of insulin along with helping in several body processes.
Almonds are very beneficial in preventing several heart diseases. The magnesium in almonds reduces high blood pressure. Almonds help to lower the LDL cholesterol levels and increase the HDL cholesterol levels. They also prevent oxidation of LDL, which is a very important step in preventing plaque formation in the blood vessels.
Several reports indicate that an almond-containing low-calorie diet, rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, helps in lowering the weight faster than a diet high in complex carbohydrates. People who eat nuts twice a week are also less likely to gain weight

In the vast number of circumstances, it’s essential, for each of us, to, take a deep, objective, introspective look, and consider/ recognize, our personal, specific, unique, NEEDS, to maximize our health, happiness, and well – being. What makes one individual, happier, often, does not have the same impact on others, so, it’s important, and relevant, to take the time, and make a true effort, to focus on, what we need and desire, our personal reasons, rationale, perceptions, goals, and priorities! With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, why this matters, is relevant, and essential, to become as happy as you might possibly, be.
1. Nerves; nervous; niche; nuances: Do you fit into any specific niche? Which potential nuances, might enhance your existence? Do you have the nerve, to look deeply inside, and objectively, examine, your strengths, weaknesses, and perceptions? Do you know, what makes you nervous, and why, and how to effectively, transform, harmful stress, to the useful variety?
2. Energy/ energize; emphasis: What energizes you, consistently, and why? Do you maximize, your personal energy, through exercise, thinking, or developing, the finest, positive, can – do, attitude? Are you ready, willing, and able, to place a concerted emphasis, on serving your personal best – interests, so you might be happier, and, thus, potentially, healthier?
3. Efforts; evaluate; endurance; excellence: Where will you place, most of your efforts, in your quest, for achieving the utmost degree of personal excellence? Will you proceed, forward, despite any obstacles, and/ or, adversities, and have the endurance, to maintain, your perspective, and positive outlook, even when others, might become disappointed, and give – up? How will you evaluate your personal performance, etc?
4. Delve deeply; discover; deliver: Go beyond simplistic appraisals, and delve deeply, into, what makes you happiest! Proceed forward, until you discover, what makes – you – tick, and always, over – deliver, on your personal best efforts!
5. Self; service; solutions; stronger: Try to always, be true, to yourself! Focus on quality, and service, in a realistic, rational manner! Will you be solutions – oriented, and, do, what’s needed and necessary, to become stronger, happier, and healthier?
Know your own NEEDS, so you might act, in a way, which makes you happier, and healthier! Those, who do, are generally, more self – satisfied, and focused on paying attention to their personal needs, for excellence, and well – being!
All men, and especially those who are sexually active, are advised to keep an eye on their overall penis health. After all, when a man has good penis health, he is more likely to perform at his highest level in bed than he is when…
It may be too much to say that a healthy penis is a healthy mind, but men who truly care about their overall health do indeed want to spend some time addressing any potential penis health concerns. That’s why they make sure their penis gets plenty of appropriate exercise (which is fortunately quite enjoyable), inspect it for signs of wear and tear, treat it properly in terms of getting plenty of rest and eating right, and so on. But one area where a man might conceivably fall down? Choosing appropriate underwear for penis health.
Now it is true that in terms of penis health, underwear selection ranks far below taking showers in scalding hot water, masturbating for hours with absolutely no lubrication, or walking naked through waist-high stems of poison ivy. But not all underwear is created equal, and sometimes what graces one’s penis can indeed make a difference.
For example, let’s look at penis odor – not anyone’s favorite topic, but a big issue for many men. No guy LIKES to have a fetid aroma arising from his otherwise appealing penis, but it does happen. One reason it occurs is because a guy sweats too ferociously in the crotch area. That’s natural – there’s a lot of hair there, two layers of clothing makes it hotter, etc. But choice of underwear can make a difference. A guy with a sweaty penis shouldn’t be wearing tighty-whiteys (or greeneys, or any color). The tightness only makes things hotter, adding to the sweat quotient.
But going with boxer briefs is even worse – there’s every bit as much tightness, plus more of the area is snugly covered, making it even hotter. Loose, cotton boxers are generally the better choice for the guy with an excessively-moist penis.
And moisture issues aside, turning the heat up too high in the crotch can dampen production of sperm over time. So men who wish to be fathers may want to let things hang a little looser.
Rubbing the wrong way
On the other hand, some guys aren’t built for loose cotton boxers. They have very sensitive penises which get overly excited by rubbing against loose cotton. Not only does this create embarrassing erect states, but it can over time cause a “rubbed raw” situation where the skin develops a dry, rashy look – and where the penis may actually find it loses a degree of sensation, which is not what any man wants.
Also, some men NEED the snug fit of briefs or boxer briefs. Their penis and balls hang in such a way that it can be uncomfortable to let them have too much freedom. A snug fitting pair of briefs may be just what they need to keep comfortable.
An, of course, there’s always the jock option., Guys tend not to like jocks and athletic supporters, but for those that are athletically inclined, wearing some form of protection can be important – especially if a line-drive baseball has your penis’s name written on it.
Choosing the right underwear is just one way that a guy can help make good penis health choices. Another, naturally enough, is to daily apply a top notch penis health creme (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil , which is clinically proven mild and safe for skin) to the package. There are many different cremes to choose from, but take the time to find one that is going to provide the most pack to the punch – such as one with the whole complement of vitamins A, B5, C, D and E. Applied topically to the penis, these vitamins can offer their benefits more directly and efficiently. Also crucial: that the crème contains a powerful antioxidant to protect the skin. One such candidate is alpha lipoic acid, which helps fight excess free radicals that can otherwise cause oxidative damage.
It's always important to take care of oneself using all the principles of good health. Regular check-ups, proper nutrition and healthful living all enable one to keep on top of their health in a careful yet reasonable way. Often one becomes overly concerned with health…
